Nbaaje's Terms & Conditions — Full Text

Welcome to nbaaje. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between nbaaje and each member ("you" or "user") who uses the nbaaje platform. By registering on nbaaje, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the platform.

Nbaaje is an online betting and lottery platform built for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers Sports Betting, lottery, analytics, and rewards services. All rules set out in these Terms apply equally to the nbaaje website, mobile app, and any associated services.

Your relationship with nbaaje begins at the point of registration, and these Terms remain in effect for as long as your account is active. nbaaje reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.

Nature of Service

Nbaaje operates solely as a platform and has no control over betting outcomes. We follow international standards to ensure transparent odds and fair results. All game outcomes are independently verifiable, and any manipulation is a direct violation of nbaaje's policies.

To open an account on nbaaje, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• You may only hold one account — opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Nbaaje reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. Prior to withdrawal or upon exceeding certain thresholds, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)

Accounts may be restricted and withdrawals put on hold until the KYC process is completed. nbaaje may use third-party services for identity verification purposes.

Account Security Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@nbaaje.com.

Please familiarise yourself with the following rules before placing any bets on nbaaje. These Terms apply to all forms of betting on the platform — from Sports Betting to lottery.

Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cancellation option is active before the event begins.
• The minimum bet is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by event and market.
• If a bet fails due to a network issue or technical error, it will be considered void.
• In the event of an odds-related dispute, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.

Event Cancellations & Postponements

If an event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be void and stakes will be refunded. If an event is suspended and does not resume within the specified timeframe, bets may also be cancelled. nbaaje reserves the final authority to make this determination.

Live Betting

During Live Betting, odds change rapidly. Bet confirmations on live events may be subject to a slight delay. nbaaje relies on real-time data and reserves the right to make corrections if any information is found to be inaccurate.

Nbaaje supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposit transaction fees generally do not apply, however payment provider fees may be applicable in certain circumstances.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–48 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Nbaaje reserves the right to suspend withdrawals on any transaction deemed suspicious.

Nbaaje regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer carries its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 5–20x).
• Maximum bet limits may apply when betting with bonus funds.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• To use a promo code, it must be entered correctly at the time of registration or deposit.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, nbaaje reserves the right to void the bonus and launch an account investigation.

Loyalty Rewards Program

Every bet placed on nbaaje earns points through our loyalty program. These points can be redeemed for bonuses, free bets, or special rewards. nbaaje may update loyalty point expiry, conversion rates, and redemption terms at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nbaaje and constitute a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing artificial bets or abusing bonuses to game the system.
• Betting based on match-fixing or the use of insider information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Registering with false information or committing fraud during the KYC process.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.

Nbaaje may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is established.
• Where suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Upon a court order or at the request of a law enforcement agency.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to support@nbaaje.com. Any pending bets will be settled and your available balance will be returned before the account is closed (bonus balance excluded).

Nbaaje accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Delays caused by disruptions to third-party payment provider services.
• Account losses resulting from unauthorised access where the user has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Not achieving expected returns from betting.

Nbaaje is committed to maintaining a high standard of service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 availability. Scheduled maintenance or upgrades may cause temporary disruptions; we will endeavour to notify users in advance.

Nbaaje believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly and, as part of these Terms, provide the following safeguards:

• Set Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Temporary Pause: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Join our self-exclusion program for an extended break.
• Reality Check: Set up periodic reminders to keep track of your activity.

Nbaaje reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. For significant updates, we will endeavor to notify registered users in advance via email or SMS.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be referred to negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the competent courts of Bangladesh.
